Wine

Provenance Ballarat Pinot Noir is grown at 500 metres elevation in the continental climate of Ballarat: all specific characteristics known for producing quality Pinot Noir.

The fruit is open fermented with wild yeasts and a proportion of the grapes included as whole bunches. After 1-2 weeks on skins, the wine is pressed to mature in new and seasoned French oak barrels.

Crimson red, Provenance Ballarat Pinot Noir has red and blue fruit flavours, an integrated line of acidity and fine tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
